Balmedie is a welcoming holiday home on the outskirts of Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. All rooms are located on the ground floor, with a few steps leading down to the bedrooms. It has four bedrooms; one king-size double with en-suite shower room, one king-size double and two twin (zip/link). With a separate family bathroom and shower room. It has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, and a separate sitting room. Off-road parking is available for plenty of cars. Outside has a rear garden with lawned and patio areas and furniture. Balmedie is the ideal property for friend and family celebrations. Note: Though the property is all on the ground floor, there are a few steps which lead down to the bedrooms and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. However the games room is upstairs.

Binbrook is set in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, just 10 miles from Market Rasen. It is set deep in the Lincolnshire Wolds, close to the old RAF Binbrook site. The village benefits from shops, a Post Office, a butcher and a pub. Visitors to the area are also ideally situated to explore the wonderful medieval city of Lincoln, with its cathedral, variety of shops and its 11th century castle.
