We did like everything, the caravan is so cozy and warm, we really enjoyed as a first time experience. We did have enough space for 3 of us. We went there with our 4 years old who really liked the comfy sofa and the cute room. Beautiful beach is so close and we saw bunnies between caravans.
We did not have time to check this caravan park properly but we saw it providing so much more. Like activitys restaurants. We definitely will come back.

Small fairly quite location. Can be a lot of through traffic to a local camp site though.
A busy water park by the lake looked fun (although we didn’t take part), had a nice cafe and seating area though.
Nice village Center with a couple of takeaways, interaction with any of the local residents was always friendly too.

We didn't actually spend a lot of time here outside of the place we stayed; the town itself isn't that interesting, and we just used it as a base to go to other places. We walked into town and ate at one of the cafes on the first day; it was nice enough (food and staff), but not something we'd go back for.
Getting to Clacton for groceries is quick by car, and Colchester is a nice town also quite nearby; we also checked out Dedham Vale AONB, but that was a bit underwhelming. While you can walk around the local area, you definitely need some kind of transport if you want to check out anything else.

Breakfast option would of been very very helpful,
. Clear directions on website as there are several holiday parks in the area all with the same postcode!
We didn’t realise how many good facilities were available for kids, so we could of made the stay longer if we had planned better when booking our last minute stay.
