Enjoy a stylish experience at this recently renovated house right in the centre of town. It has everything you need for a home away from home. Perfect for working away or a weekend getaway. Conveniently located in a quiet residential street just a couple of minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops and the market square.
Charlotte and Michael live next door at number 7 so will be on hand to help whenever you need it. The best way to contact them is give them a quick call, text or a knock! A keysafe is available for guests to self check-in. If needed and time permitting, Charlotte and Michael will be available to meet and greet on request.
West Powlett Street is a quiet residential street. It’s right in the heart of the town centre but without all the noise! It’s a 2 minute walk to the market square, Conniscliffe Road, Grange Road and Duke Street. This area of the town centre has some lovely restaurants, coffee shops, bars and independent shops. The train station is 0.7 miles away - about 14 minute walk. Memorial Hospital (A&E) is 0.5 miles away - less than a 10 minute walk. Police Station is 0.5 miles away and the local leisure centre & pool is a 5 minute walk from the property. There are 3 lovely parks close by. Stanhope Park is 2 minutes walk; Green Park is 5 minutes walk and South Park is 10 minutes walk. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner on Duke Street and a larger Sainsbury’s a 5 minute walk away on Victoria Road.
