House was beautiful, very well equipped, and in a great location. Nice to be out in the countryside but close to local attractions. The owners of the house were really helpful and friendly. They recommended local restaurants and activities which was super helpful.

Located in rural Herefordshire, Tretire Mill is a beautiful former water mill dating from the 18th Century. The house provides accommodation for up to 8 people, with a large kitchen, conservatory, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), including a cot. There is a study & games room that can be made up as an additional double bedroom (with sofabed). There is ample parking, a large garden and a dining area with a firepit. The house is well located to explore the Wye Valley and beyond.
You will be sent check-in details in advance of your stay. We can offer a contactless check-in option for your ease. Whilst guests enjoy exclusive use of the property, we are based on-site in a distinctly separate cottage. As such, we are on hand to assist with any queries or to give recommendations for your stay.
The house enjoys a great location in rural Herefordshire. Whilst secluded, the property benefits from excellent transport links being only 10 minutes from the M50. Hereford train station is a 25-minute drive from the property. There are an array of local towns and villages within under an hour’s drive, including Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, Hereford, Monmouth, Abergavenny, Brecon and Hay-on-Wye. The property is an ideal base for exploring the Wye valley and the nearby Brecon Beacons, as well as The Black and White Village Trail of Herefordshire. You will need access to a car to enjoy the local area. There are many local cycling and walking routes available for you to enjoy
