    Breakfast not provided. This house is very clean and modern with all self-catering equipment, parking facilities and garden. It is an ideal base for staying in Beverley and exploring the most interesting Town and surrounding countryside.

This is a spacious three bedroom Townhouse situated in Beverley. The house has been fully renovated in February 2021 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is 2 free parking spaces on site plus ample off street parking around the property (paid). The location of the house is tucked away in a quiet friendly residential area just a 2 minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema etc. Security and Safety. We have Nest Camera's at the front and back doors covering external parts of the property. We also have a Minut movement/noise sensor inside the house which detects loud parties and over crowding. Please search 'minut for hosts solution' for more details. We have a completely contactless checkin. We require you to pre-checkin online at least 7 days before arrival or as soon as you book for last minute bookings, that consists of your ID, a selfie and acceptance of our T&Cs. Your access code to our smart lock will be sent 2 days before arrival if pre-checkin is complete. Our damage deposit and pre-checkin is powered by Charge Automate, so please expect and email from them. We do not ask for cash but a card pre authorisation from the lead guest. Damage is not limited to your deposit.
During your stay Full use of the house & self check in available smart lock, the code will be provided privately before arrival. The hosts do not live here however are a short distance away if help is needed. Beverley Town centre is a short stroll away. The centre offers a variety of upmarket amenities, from bars and restaurants to designer shops & independent boutiques etc. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the town hosts a market selling local produce. The town offers a large supermarket as well as an M&S Food Hall. Popular attractions close to the town centre include Beverley Minster, Beverley Westwood & Beverley Racecourse which hosts various events on the calendar. Throughout the year there are various events such as Christmas Markets, Beverley Gin Festival, Beverley Beer Festival, Beverley Folk Festival and Beverley Food Festival and many more. Beverley train station is a 5 minute walk and provides good links to Hull, York and Scarbrough. 10 minutes from the bus station. Other bus stops are nearer, use the EYMS Busses app on your smart phone. Local reliable taxi firms are available to get you from around town if required. All that our lovely Historic Market Town has to offer is right on your doorsteps so no need to use the car!
