Location was exellent. View was beautiful. We loved seeing the nuthatches, great spotted woodpecker and Great tits from our window. Immaculate property with all mod cons. Can't wait to book again.

Bond's Cottage Barn is rated 4* Gold by Visit England in 2019. It is all on one level, has a tiled floor with luxury underfloor heating, an open plan living area with high ceiling and beams, and a bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite wet room
Bond's Cottage Barn is a perfect base for visitors to enjoy exploring East Sussex and Kent. With RSPB Broadwater Warren only 100 metres away, where you will find wild Konik ponies and a variety of wildlife, if you enjoy nature there are many walks to explore the heathland and woods. But it is also close to Tunbridge Wells with its restaurants and entertainment so guests can relax in town too. It is a great contrast on offer and great for a short break.
Bond's Cottage Barn has access across Broadwater Forest Lane into an area of priviate heathland with a bird hide that guests can use. Adjacent to the bird hide is the 450 acre Broadwater Warren RSPB nature reserve and Eridge Rocks. The Nevill Crest & Gun pub is easy walking distance across the nature reserve. Tunbridge Wells is less than 2 miles away across the fields, with the famous Regency area of The Pantiles and a variety of restaurants and shopping. Within 30 minutes drive are Penshurst Place, Hever Castel, Scotney Castle, and Winston Churchill's home of Chartwell. Both Brighton and London are only 1 hour away
