The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. We only had a couple of nights there but it was a wonderful experience. and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the establishment to anyone wanting accommodation in that area.

Small, friendly. Part of a lively pub evening (due to the rare sunshine!). Room was very clean, everything was very easy and efficient, staff were friendly - and the food was great, especially the breakfast! Our perfect location for visiting Hever Castle. If we're in the area again, we'd certainly go back.

Loved the warmness and welcoming staff. Everyone was terrific! Loved the dinner, the vibe at the pub and the outside tables and also garden tables. Well apointed and beautiful rooms!

Very clean everywhere. Lighting in the room was great and nice bathroom. The shower could do with improved pressure. Beds very comfortable. Convieniently located at the upper end of the High Street. Parking at rear, free, as long as you tell reception when checking in. *It looks old inside and some floors creek, but if you pay attention when you book, this is a very old protected building, but I found everywhere to be very clean.* I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. (I believe one of them was "Katryna" and I don't remember the other lady's name, but they were wonderful.) They helped me secure a taxi to the airport. They also helped me with all the modern gadgets in the room (I didn't know how to turn on the lights!!!) Breakfast was excellent. I had dinner in your restaurant too and it was also very good.

The location was perfect for me, and the room was very nice and comfortable.

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The food both lunch and breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Right next door to JetEx where I parked our jet Bus stop is less than 200 yards from the hotel Restaurant upstairs was very good. Noticed that the locals ate there regularly. Rooms were immaculate, the hotel is very well insulated. Did not hear the airport runway traffic at all. Staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed 5 days and will stay there again in October.

Unusual located @racecourse, great hotel, good food, big rooms and quality beds, great location for visiting, excellent staff, quiet and tranquil

The room and services provided, i.e., the food and beverages in the pub, were all of excellent quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating and probably uniquely for us the CPintheP was a 10 minute drive to our relatives making it a great location. There are also many wonderful nearby things to see including Wakehurst Place and National Trust properties.

Breakfast excellent, despite difficult circumstances for the manager - serious fire end of April, which apparently they are not allowed to mention . Doesn't affect the B&B apart from can't have hot breakfast at the moment. However, as was boiling hot, this was no problem, and could sit outside.
