The place is beautiful and will even be great with a welcoming atmosphere after booking a caravan. I love the lakes and space. I always use this place about three times a year. The atmosphere is always relaxing and never had any problems till now. But please avoid Triste accommodation, the caravan itself is nice and spacious if taken care of properly by the owner. No utensils, no toilet paper, cleaner(plunger) and no extra blankets. We had no heating or even hot water for the first night. Electricity kept tripping off all night. Called owner 56 times and 8 texts but no response from both. Family all suffering with a terrible cold right now. Owner is very arrogant and doesn’t care about the safety and wellbeing of the customers. No call back no apology. Had a horrendous and traumatic experience in that caravan.

The accommodation was clean but, despite assurances that bedding and towels were provided, there were no towels. Kitchen lacked basic equipment (like oven gloves, tea towels, etc). You have to sign in to the TV - never done that before. There was no electric on the final day - regular occurrence apparently. it was reinstated after a wait of approx. half hour.

the caravan itself was fine, very clean and very comfortable, however a few things like new net curtains ( ripped) and new blinds (bent or broken) would make it perfect. Great billing itself was disappointing, the funfair and train was not working and the pool was closed, considering this was during the main school holiday period this was not ideal as its one of the main reasons i booked it. the restaurant, entertainment area wasn't fantastic at all. Food was ok, on stage entertainment far too loud, the whole place needed cleaning and outside the seating and play areas there was cigarette butts everywhere, really not pleasant, we avoided this area completely.

Billing aquadrome always a pleasure to stay, great fishing except restrictions in many places were dissapointing considering a fishing complex. The quays pub and restaurant excellent value and the carvery exceptional. Also a very nice country pub the elwes arms which s nice nature filled short walk to. Also the oriental paradise restaurant, amazing, and the fabulous breakfast at the shed all a short walk . All in all a perfect week spent.

The property is listed as a one bedroom apartment.

The property is listed as a one bedroom apartment. It is not. It is a bedroom house requiring facilities to be shared, including the bathroom. There was no one there to let us in so we had to wait 20 minutes. The parking is in a very very densely populated estate and was more by luck than design. The neighbours were not at all friendly. The person who let us in had no idea who it was who was currently occupying the property.

The club house is a bit tired,.

The club house is a bit tired,. Could do with a better food menu. The entertainment area is not big enough for lots of children/adults to join in with club dances etc. But great in the Covid climate. The funfair and train ride was great! The staff have all been wonderful and polite! The whole area does smell,. But that’s due to all the ponds and you get used to it.
