Bournecoast are delighted to offer this two bedroom, lower ground floor apartment located in Southbourne, featuring a outdoor area perfect for alfresco dining. Ideally situated, the apartment is just minutes away from the Zig-Zag pathway that leads down to the Blue Flag sandy beaches of Southbourne. Additionally, Southbourne Crossroads is nearby, offering a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, including the renowned contemporary fine dining restaurant, Roots. There are other apartments in this block if you wanted the advantage of family or friends holidaying together. *** IMPORTANT *** - Please note that communal building work with scaffolding is expected until the end of October 2025. Please contact the Bournecoast Reservations Team for a one hundred pound discount per week offered during this period. THE ACCOMMODATION: This light and airy seaside retreat features two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet. The second bedroom is a tastefully furnished twin bedroom. The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors leading to a decked area, with table and chairs, ideal for watching the world go by. The lounge area includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The modern kitchen area is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. The main bathroom comprises of a bath, shower facility and a toilet. This accommodation includes an allocated off road parking space for one car. ADDITIONAL NOTES: Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. Neighborhood info

Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The beach is accessed from the Gordon zigzag path and further along the cliff top you can find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. There is also a playground for children, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop just a short walk away from the property. A few minutes walk from the property will also take you to the Spyglass and Kettle which is a great local pub. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.
