The location is wonderful, the room and bathroom were big and modern, and the country views are perfect. The area is very nice for people who like to be far from the noise of the city and at ten minutes distance from it.

This beautiful, newly built boutique room overlooks the Northamptonshire countryside and a small woodland garden. It offers peace, tranquillity and a feeling of secure cosiness. The bed is a comfy king size and the modern en-suite bathroom boasts a large walk in shower. There is a small walk in closet with plenty of hanging space and oak shelving. Free off road parking for one car. The use of a shared landing area with fridge, kettle and toaster is included for your convenience. If you wish to use the kitchen during your stay this requires an additional fee, please message me for more details.
One of our family members is often around in the main house or in our gardens and we are always very happy for you to come and find us if you need help with anything.
Situated in the village of Wilby, we are close to Sywell country park and Summer Leys nature reserve, popular with walkers, and Pitsford reservoir, popular for walking, cycling, sailing and fishing. We are a 3 minute car journey from the award winning gastro pub the Griffins Head and are close to the award winning Beckworth's Emporium, with its deli counters, restaurant, famous afternoon teas and winter ice skating. The unique art deco aerodrome of Sywell is close by and holds various events throughout the year. We are a short drive away from the new Rushden Lakes development, with its large range of lakeside shopping and restaurants . Nearby activities include AMF bowling, escape rooms, mini golf and Laser Maze. Santa Pod race track is 25 minutes away and we are 40 minutes from Silverstone. Our property is set in open countryside with easy access to country parks and village pubs, yet is 3.6 miles from Wellingborough train station, which offers a direct 45 minute train service to London St. Pancras. We are conveniently situated, 2 minutes from the A509, A45, M1 motorway links.
