The Old Town of Hastings taking centre stage through it's quirky charm & Historic feel. Whilst St Leonards offers a developing sophisticated outlook with plenty of fantastic restaurants. I am more than happy to give you tips and point you in the direction of great places to eat, take a scenic walk or just explore 1066 country to make your holiday more special.

Property info

Accessed via a Twitten (Alleyway) off George Street. The communal stairway is shared with our lovely long term neighbours, they're friendly and has a cat that comes and goes so please do not be alarmed if you turn up to a cat sat outside their door - so far the cat hasn't ventured up the next set of stairs. The flat has been completely refurbished offering a good size open plan living/Dining Room with a 43inch smart telly, leather sofa, coffee tables, large table and chairs with a bench and hanging lights. Two large double glazed doors (really good sound insulation from the busy street) open out onto the balcony which spans the front of the property. The balcony is a standing balcony although you can use the stools provided to sit out there's just not enough space for a full table. Of the Living space the kitchen is compact but has everything you will need to feel at home cooking or just preparing a salad/drinks. There's an integrated washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob with extractor above. Full dining sets and all equipment for standard cooking are provided along with Tea, Coffee, Sugar and some accondaments. In the bathroo...

Neighborhood info

The flat is located in the very centre of the vibrant Old Town, there will be a lot of activity and sometimes loud nights, however the windows have proven to be a great sound barrier to make sure you get a good night sleep after a great night out. George Street is a fantastic place to grab coffee, snack or meal and then explore the great independent businesses of the Old Town.
