This is a converted self catering flat all on ground level. We provide a welcome pack on arrival. The property is detached has no other person passing through like a corridor. There is a private parking place provided and we offer contactless entry and exit via keysafe. The whole unit is cleaned down after use. The property is central in the market town of Beverley - just across the road from the train station, cinema, restaurants and entertainment. Flemingate centre is just across the road and the town centre is a mere 5 minute walk. The property is fully wheelchair accessible and once you arrive we do not enter again until you leave, unless you ask us to 😊 We live nearbyso are always on hand for any help or guidance you may need. We provide linen, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Hand and body wash. Toilet rolls. Fully equipped kitchen with tea towels, crockery and cutlery. Parking is on a private drive or permit road adjacent to the property in a resident parking zone.

Close to Hull City of Culture in 2017 Restaurants and cafes a 2 minute walk away ideal for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Cinema and entertainment a short stroll away. The Beverley Minster is a few minutes walk as is the town centre with all you would expect to find on a bustling market town street. St Mary’s church, Beverley Friary, leisure centre, East Riding Theatre, Library and Treasure House all nearby. Hull New Theatre and Spring Street Theatre about 20 minutes away or easily accessible by train. Bridlington, Scarborough, Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors etc all within an hour
