Broad Park Villa is perfectly positioned to explore the North Devon coastline and enjoy numerous North Devon attractions. Clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking, horse riding, segway are all on the doorstep. Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour offers fishing charters and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island in the season; voted No.6 in Europe and No. 20 in the world by travellers in 2020, Woolacombe Beach, one of the best in the UK and renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities, is only a 2 miles or a bus ride away. Take the popular Tarka Trail for cyclists and walkers, visit Exmoor National Park, Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and other beaches such as Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho! Broad Park Villa is part of the TJS Property Group. We look forward to hosting you in the near future.

The large accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. A large lounge has comfy sofas, some gathered around the open fire, others focus on the Smart TV/DVD with Sky Movies package. French doors lead out onto the tiered patio garden which has furniture and a BBQ. The open plan kitchen-diner is well-equipped and contemporary; and has a range style electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and dining seating for 8 people. A utility room has a washing machine and WC. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom which has shower over the bath. The bedrooms are 1 king-size with TV and an ensuite shower room, 1 double bedroom (two singles on request) and a twin (double on request). On the 3rd floor there is a master bedroom with king size bed, seating area to admire the views and an ensuite, with roll top bath and separate shower. Towels and linen are provided. A patio and astro area house garden furniture and there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome but on request only and charges apply.

Broad Park Villa is a spacious semi-detached Georgian property which sits in a peaceful spot close to the centre of the seaside town of Ilfracombe. It is within walking distance of Ilfracombe’s town and Tunnels Beaches and great places to eat line the harbour and the lower town. For keen walkers the Torrs Walk is close by and joins up with the South West Coast Path.
