Everything was perfect regarding this bed and breakfast. The room and bathroom was very well appointed. The breakfast was one if not the best we have ever had. Excellent!

Brooklands breakfast offers a wide choice to suit individual needs and includes fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt a selection of cereals and oatcakes and cheese. All our breakfasts are freshly cooked to order using only the finest Cumbrian produce and served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The award winning breakfast is served from 7:00am until 9:15am
