As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. If you want to arrive earlier and collect keys or leave bags just let us know and we are happy to help. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed. The apartment is extremely close to the Cliffs Pavilion and within easy walking distance of the Palace Theatre and cinemas. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is free parking in the road after 6pm until 9am the next morning. On your first full day you can ask us for a resident parking ticket. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - Pets are allowed at the property but we do not accept dogs who are likely to bark and cause a nuisance. There is a condition of 30 extra fee and they cannot be left alone for prolonged periods of time. - Guests should not make any noise which can be heard outside the apartment after 10pm or before 8am. Very important to read fire risk assessment in top drawer of the chest of drawers as you enter the lounge area. Escape routes are down the main stairs or turn left through owners accommodation straight down corridor to exit through room with balcony with rear staircase. Night lights show the way.
