The place was clean and tidy, and our hosts were amazing. We were upgraded and given an extra night stay by the hosts for being double booked by booking.com. It wasn't even their fault, but they couldn't be more accommodating. They were a lovely couple offering to take us into town when our taxi didn't show up. We will definitely be staying here again next year. It was a fantastic,relaxing stay.

We are a family business owned by Dean & Nichola and looked after by your dedicated Manager and point of contact Sam (Deans Sister), who completes all our bookings & handles queries, and our maintenance man, Martin (Sam’s partner – yes we said family 😊) on hand should you need anything. Based on Shortferry Caravan Park near Lincoln, our Caravans aim to give you a proper home from home, with everything you should need to enjoy a family break. It’s caravan holidays all right, but not always as you remember them...

Castaway Retreats is offering you a 6 Berth 2 Bedroom Caravan which is set within the Short Ferry Caravan Park between Lincoln (7 miles away) and Skegness (35 miles away). This is set within 5 fishing lakes and the River Witham, this property features a private terrace. This static caravan comes with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with microwave, dining area, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 1 bathroom with a shower. Free private parking is available on site. We provide fresh lining, a small hand towel, basic washing up pack, complimentary tea and coffee. There are guest passes and these are provided so that you can access the onsite entertainment if you choose to do so, this is part of Shortferry caravan site and not Castaway retreats, therefore we have no responsibilities for this service provided or the staff of Shortferry caravan park. (Can all guests ensure all passes are left as found on their departure as any lost passes will occur a charge per lost pass.) We are Soley responsible for our caravans and therefore any questions or support you may need during your staff are to come directly to us and not the onsite office. Shortferry Caravan Park offers a children's playground area inside and outside and a heated outdoor pool (subject to opening dates/times). They also provide entertainment most weekends depending on sessional dates. There is also a public house which services hot and cold meals.

There is a Pub onsite and regular music entertainment including 70's, 80's, 90's nights all of which come with free passes to attend. Lincoln is full of things to do including Museums, The Castle, The Cathedral, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinema and Nights out with a variety of Pubs and Clubs to suit your needs.
