There was a bit of a confusion with the booking initially but the host was really nice, helpful and sorted it out. Super clean place, lot of amenities , just makes you feel at home…absolutely loved staying here. Very close from Inverness Train Station(about 4-5 mins walk). There are couple of pubs and restaurants around the area too. Overall great, will definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent, very central and only a few minutes walk from the car park. Facilities were great, everything you need and very clean. The keys were easy to access from the lock box. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to a question prior to our stay, checked we were all settled in via email and told us not to rush out on departure. Very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again (and hopefully we will) and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others. Thank you.

Very easy self check-in. Flat was amazingly spotless, toiletries supplied and lots of extra towels. Host was at the end of the phone at any time if required. Location was very central at the heart of all shops and bars. We would highly recommend this flat.

The cottage is indeed small but for our party of three adults, it was perfect and cosy. For those with mobility issues, the stairs may be a bit steep. The location could not be bettered, especially for tourists travelling without a car. It is in the very centre of the Old Town, so handy to bus and train stations and shops. Our adult daughter enjoyed the privacy of her own room. The washer and dryer were brilliant, and meant we could continue travelling without bags of dirty washing! The heating was excellent which made our stay so comfortable, especially as I arrived with a nasty lurgy. The kitchen was well equipped, with so much provided for guests beyond tea and coffee. Sam, our host, could not have been quicker to respond to messages and showed us great kindness during our stay.

The location was excelent close to shops, bars, places to eat l.. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you need in accommodation like a home from home couldn't fault anything at all.. Excellent host had a small problem with Microwave oven phoned host very lovely friendly an helpful in everyday fixed the problem no problem at all an very quickly.

Perfect little cottage for our 2 days in Inverness. Situated in the centre of the city we were in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit. Spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. There were canisters with tea,coffee and sugar on the worktop and condiments, spices,oil etc in the cupboardsThe bed was really comfy and we slept very well in this quiet location. Sam the host really has thought of everything! We didn't actually meet him, but the instructions he emailed us regarding access to the cottage were excellent.

Well equipped, comfortable cottage within 5 mins of bus/train station, pubs restaurants and all other amenities yet in quiet hideaway location- very clean plus tea/ coffee sugar /milk and chocolates on arrival. Great shower!
