Clare's Cottage is a comfortable barn conversion next to the owner's home in the village of Austen Fen six miles from Louth. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private patio with furniture and a barbecue. Clare's Cottage is in a fantastic location to be used as a base for a family or two couples to explore the stunning surrounding scenery. Three well-behaved dogs welcome at 15 per pet per stay.

The beautiful historic market town of Louth is the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The town offers Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. Nearby is Cadwell Park, which plays host to car, bike and kart racing.
