This was the best stay we had during our trip. Carmen was a wonderful host, so sweet and thoughtful. We were hiking the West Highland Way and staying at Clifton Cottage felt like luxury compared to the other places we stayed. She did a load of laundry for us (for a fee) which was an added bonus!

Wonderful couple, Tom and Carmen, who own the b and b, were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, cozy and had all the needed amenities plus extra touches, like in room coffee and tea, refrigerator and West Highland Way info book. The room also had a fan, which we really appreciated for the white noise.

Carmen and Tam were fabulous - warm, welcoming hosts who were amazing ambassadors of Scottish hospitality. They dried our damp shoes and gave us a hearty breakfast to send us off on our day. It was lovely to be able to log in to my Netflix account too for a taste of home relaxation while away. Everything was clean and tidy - with tea, coffee, snacks, and a mini fridge in our room. They also have a lovely backyard with a garden and happy birds to sit amongst during breakfast. It was the perfect stop after a long day on the West Highland Way.

The owners, Carmen and Tam were wonderful. We arrived soaking wet from hiking the West Highland away. They we’re very welcoming, dried our clothes and showed us to our rooms. The rooms were comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge stocked with cold drinks. Clifton Cottage is a couple of minutes walk to Tyndrum amenities such as The Green Welly and Tyndrum Inn. Breakfast was delicious and we felt that we were very well looked after by our lovely hosts.

First of all Tom and Carmen were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them, after arriving soaking wet they had all our clothing and equipment dried and hung up after a few hours. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, a lovely selection of tea, coffee, soft drinks from the fridge and snacks to feast on were very much appreciated, we had a lovely cooked breakfast, there was also a big choice of cereal, toast etc. A really warm and welcoming couple, thank you.
