Company info

Guests are always welcome to use the message facility through Airbnb to communicate in the lead up to the stay and can expect a timely response. Along with check-in details, guests will receive a link to a video which will talk through how to use all the amenities, along with information about the stay. There is also a printed book in the Barn with recommendations for the local area. However, if there is anything else guests require after check in, a text-only mobile number is provided. Guests can usually expect a response within an hour during office hours and within three hours after office hours, up to 11pm.

The Cloth Hall Barn & Cottages are three separate outstanding conversions set in the same grounds, just a few steps from each other, featuring five double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The main barn has a large open plan living and dining area that seats up to ten, ideal for larger family groups or groups of friends who wish to holiday together. There's also exclusive daytime use of a heated outdoor swimming pool, pool house and hot tub.

Smarden, England, United Kingdom Smarden is a small picturesque village, often called the 'loveliest village in Kent' and after a visit, you'll know why as it is a beautiful Kentish weavers' village with around 200 buildings of architectural and historical note. You'll find three pubs within walking distance, a butchers, a vintage shop and an art gallery. 3.5 miles away is the town of Headcorn where larger shops and a mainline train station can be found. Close by guests can explore Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens, Leeds Castle and Bodiam Castle. There is a golf club close by at Chart Hills and fishing lakes at Cackle Hill.
