The house is ideally located in Manchester with a great location, walking distance to parks, supermarkets, restaurants, and Manchester city centre is just 5 mins away It is perfect for people exploring Manchester for leisure or vacation or for work trips. General House Rules THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE PARTY PEOPLE DONT BOTHER THIS HOUSE IS FOR THE FOLLOWING - *EATING *SLEEPING *WATCHING TV and using your iPhones, Ipads and laptops 1. . WE NOW HAVE VOLUME DETECTION MONITORS IN PLACE *You tamper with them or take them off the wall... it lets us know *You smoke in the house... it lets us know *The level of volume goes over the reasonable threshold... its lets us know You breach it once, you will be warned, you breach again, you will be asked to leave with no refunds, please respect the sound volume and neighbours 2 no additional sound systems permitted (beatpill, sound boxes, ect) this is not that sort of property 3. No smoking allowed 4. No pets allowed 5. Please turn off the lights and the heating when you go out 6. Please respect check-in and check-out times 7. Please take extra care of the keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee 8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit 9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture 10. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises 11. Check-out time is at 11 AM 12. Please kindly check around carefully and don't forget to take your belongings (under the beds, bedside tables, bathroom cabinets etc) a damage deposit will be taken from while you stay with us and will be returned back to you once the house is checked over when you leave
