A delightful refurbished Victorian cottage. Five minutes walk from Chichester town centre. Ten minutes drive to Goodwood events. It has a very pretty garden, just right for summer evenings if you wish to sit outside with a glass of wine. There is a private parking space behind the property. We use the living area of the house, but will not be on site at night. You will have a delightful double bedroom with use of the newly fitted bathroom . The accommodation is for 1/2 adults only. Sorry, no children. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the kitchen. Please note that BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED, but can be provided by prior arrangement and additional cost.
We are musicians, but wouldn't play whilst you are in the house. We enjoy living in this beautiful area, and feel sure you will be delighted with your stay.
The cottage is in a conservation area, and is five minutes walk into Chichester Town Centre. Perhaps you are going to Goodwood Revival or to the horse racing or motor racing ? The Festival theatre is nearby, and some beautiful walks on the downs. You will love being here.
