This modern terraced house sits in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre and just around the corner from the brand-new Jack Laugher Leisure Centre. There is a newly decorated double bedroom, modern bathroom with shower and bath, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable lounge-dining room. The property benefits from a driveway for 2 cars and an enclosed back garden with raised decking area. Many everyday items are provided to make your time with us comfortable, convenient and enjoyable.
Please make yourselves at home and enjoy my property. I have lived and worked in the area for many years and found Ripon to be a friendly place, steeped in history, with many things to see and do so we hope you have a very enjoyable time. Our aim is to make your time with us as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Quiet cul-de-sac close to the bypass but just 11 minutes walk from the Cathedral and 14 minutes walk from the town centre. The Jack Laugher Leisure and Well-being Centre (state-of-the-art gym and 25m swimming pool) is 4 minutes walk away. The 36 bus travels from Ripon bus station every half an hour to Harrogate bus station, connecting to Leeds more frequently. There is a large car park behind Sainsburys in the town centre and disc parking around the town.
