Newly renovated and only a 10 minute walk to Nottingham's City Centre, this townhouse is perfect for couples, families, business travellers and others. Relax on our comfy corner sofa bed with Netflix; cook in the well equipped brand new kitchen or settle down on your bed that features plump pillows and warm duvets.

Neighborhood info

You will love this newly renovated property which really is a home away from home! The house has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and the small bedroom has a single bed with pull out bed giving you two singles. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge which has its own linen in the box next to it. The house is less than a mile from the city centre and is also walking distance to the Motorpoint Arena. You will be able to relax in your room with your own TV as well as use the kitchen to cook your own meals. The front door uses a smart lock that enables you to have self check in. The code will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival with all the check in information.
