A rare & unique Georgian Crescent apartment combining ‘Bridgeton’ charm, luxurious interior and state-of-the-art facilities. Somerset Residence is situated within Norfolk Crescent – the most central crescent in relation to the city centre and a level walk to the shops. This self-sufficient penthouse apartment is on the third (top) floor (No Lift Access) with spectacular views. Sympathetic recent renovated provides a charming open plan living room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On-street permit parking for one car is now included. Please contact me to arrange the electronic permit.
I'm a mum of 2 and work in central Bath. I love travelling, cycling, running and walks with our two English Springer Spaniels. As a family we love taking on challenges and seeing what we can achieve with hard work, determination and a good dose of humour! I love good manners, kindness and respect. Remote check in is possible but I will aim to touch base with you within 24 hours of your arrival just to say Hi and and welcome you in person.
Norfolk Crescent is one of seven stunning crescents in the UNESCO Heritage city of Bath. Only 10 minutes level walk to the Bath Abbey all central attractions and shops. 3 Minutes from a very large supermarket and a 10 minute taxi ride (or 20 minute walk) from the train station. Ideally located for you to explore the wonders of this ancient city.
