Dawson House is a newly refurbished 1850s property located less than a mile from the historic market town of Darlington. Located on a quiet residential street and set within 0.5 acres of private garden, Dawson House has plenty of free on-site parking for our guests. All our accommodation offers guests comfortable, modern rooms, with en-suite facilities and free wi-fi. The property is just a 10 minute walk from the train station and Darlington Hippodrome, and a further 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants in Darlington town centre. Dawson House is an ideal base for guests exploring the region, with easy access to the motorway, rail links, and Durham Tees Valley Airport.
