The house was Beautiful, plenty of space and facilities were great. Only thing I would say about facilities is that it could do with some oven trays (which isn’t a big thing at all), other than that it was brilliant. All beds including the sofa bed was comfortable. Location was spot on too. Owners were very helpfully and responsive.

Located in a beautiful neighbourhood with fantastic recreational facilities on your doorstep. The villa has parking for two cars on the drive and ample street parking. Peel park and The Meadow are a few steps away from the property and are great for picnics, dog walking or strolling down the river Irwell. The River meanders around both sides of the quite estate giving the effect you are on an island. Set in a prime location near Salford Uni, Manchester City Centre, Ubers into town are very cheap. The Villa is then a mile from the City Centre and a short walk to Manchester Science & Technology Museum/ Coronation Street the Tour (Granada Studios) John Dalton St and Deansgate. The Lowry is nearby for shopping, theatre and the 'I'm a Celebrity Jungle challenge -great for the kids. All of Manchester concert venues are nearby including the MEN O2 Arena, O2 Ritz, Castlefiled Bowl etc. Chill Factory, The Trafford Centre, Paradise Island Golf, Old Trafford Football Stadium are no more than a 20 minute drive away.
-Our villa is only available for low key use as it is situated in a quiet residential area. We ask that you respect our neighbours -No noise,including loud conversations, street gatherings or partying after 10.30pm is allowed, partying must be done off premises and outside of the residential area -Any music after 10.30pm should only be played at low volume inside the villa. No loud music at any time -Due to non compliance by some guests we can no longer accept Hen and Stag parties -Garden area may not be used after 10.30 to 8.30 am -There is a strict no drug policy, if drugs are found on the premises all guests will be vacated immediately -We reserve the right for our repair, housekeeping and maintenance team to enter the premises ta any time, we will notify you as soon as possible -We are not responsible for any loss or theft -Before we accept your booking please could you reassure us that the house rules and regulations will be complied with -In the event of the house rules being violated we reserve the right to terminate the reservation and evict all guests from the premises, no refund will be provided -We require photo ID from the lead guest 72 hours before arrival
