Dolphin Cottage, a reverse-level home, has a first-floor kitchen/diner, utility, first-floor sitting room with electric fire, ground-floor king-size bedroom, ground-floor double, bunk room, and ground-floor bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and Smart TV. Outside there is a rear, multi-level garden with patio and furniture, and designated parking for one car. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a stairgate. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and beach in 0.8 miles. Flushing is a delightful coastal village resting in the west of Cornwall. Across the Penryn River from Falmouth, the village offers a prime location for a coast front adventure surrounded by beautiful scenery. With the port being constructed in the 18th century by the Dutch and the Queen Anne style houses built by ship captains in the past, you can expect to see charming and unconventional architecture, perfect for observing at any time of year.
