Clean , modern room . Complementary tea/coffee.. soap / shampoo. Lovely hosts. And a bargain breakfast. Great location for town centre / theater , just a couple of minutes walk away Public Carpark behind with a parking app so easy to top up carparking if needed . Only £13 for 24hrs or free after 6pm until 8am Over all Well worth the money .

two en-suit bedrooms available above a busy pub. A cooked breakfast is available for a small cost per person. The carpark is adjacent to the pub and its a pay and display carpark and costs 1;30 an hour, its free from 18;00 until 08;00 the next morning.
In Barnstaple Town centre a very short walk to the Bus Station, and about 10 min walk to the Train Station. All local shops are very close
