Location was very central, good facilities in and around village, including train station. Useful location for the family events we were attending. Lovely building, high ceilings, beautifully decorated and furnished, and lots of space. Heating arrangements worked great. When we had a problem with lack of hot water and lights not working, caused by previous occupants, the owner and Premises Manager and handyman turned up promptly and sorted it out entirely. There are people who live upstairs, but they didn't bother us at all.

Edenwood is set in a beautiful village location East of Carlisle with its railway station on the line between Carlisle & Newcastle. This stunning ground floor apartment has been completely redecorated with newly fitted carpets and has been furnished to a high standard. The property has a spacious dining lounge, fully equipped kitchen which leads to a beautiful private conservatory. One bedroom with a large double bed and a twin room with sleigh beds. Four piece original bathroom and utility with access to a washing machine. Well maintained garden to the rear and parking for 2 cars on the drive.

Its ideal for walking in the countryside along the river Eden or enjoying a good country pub. The village benefits from hotel that offers leisure facilities at a cost.
