Ideal for longer stays with your own space. No shared amenities. Totally separate with own front door and keys. Great 1st floor studio flat with mezzanine level sleeping area with double bed, (no suitable for super tall or wide people) Sleeper sofa for 2. Dining table for 4 overlooking gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and under counter fridge/freezer. Near Waddon station. Easy walk to trams and access to Wimbledon. Near trains to London, Brighton and Gatwick Airport. Ideal for a single person, a couple or a small family. The flat has double glazing and central heating and large windows so is comfortable all year round. Totally independent living. Cook and wash for yourself in your own flat. so you will have to bring your own food and toiletries and keep the apartment clean . It is not serviced but will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrival and after your departure. See house rules and damage policy.
