A comfortable apartment overlooking the marina. Two compact bedrooms, a small well equipped kitchen and lounge/dining room. Alan, the manager went over an beyond to make our stay the best it could be.

Immaculately presented two bedroom south facing first floor apartment overlooking the superb view of Sovereign Harbour's south marina. The apartment is spacious and has a living/dining room, fitted kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room, twin bedroom and bathroom. The marina's attractions and facilities are just a short walk away; including a good selection of bars and restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The apartment has: - WiFi broadband - smart tv - Lift - Allocated and visitor parking.
The Piazza is the perfect holiday base for couples, families or friends, whether you are seeking to explore the beautiful Sussex coastline, the outstanding local countryside, including Beachy Head and the stunning Seven Sisters, or to explore Eastbourne, or nearby Hastings or Brighton, or if you simply want to spend time relaxing in the tranquil Marina. Within the Marina, the Piazza is close to the Marina sea lock and the beach, as well as being just a few minutes stroll from all the attractions and facilities of the marina; including a good selection of bars, cafes and international restaurants, not to mention the Sovereign Harbour Tour Boat. It is also close to a supermarket and range of shops. The apartment also has a bike rack for storing your bikes. Eastbourne has lots of places to visit and explore, including theatres, art galleries, cinema and a wide selection of restaurants.
