An amazing quirky, spotlessly clean cottage in a stunning location. So much inside to see and of interest; fabulous welcome tray and hidden extras like robes, toiletries, nuts, fresh produce etc; use of the pass for Dalby Forest (beautiful walks); quiet and a lovely place all round to stay. A short drive away for the forest and Scarborough. We had an amazing time as a family reconnecting without mobiles and loving the fresh country air that surrounded us. Thank you for the warm welcome we would highly recommend your cottage to others.

A two year conversion from an abandoned cow barn which is about 150 years old. Nestled in a peaceful location with private views, this cozy retreat is the perfect getaway for those looking to unwind and recharge. Step inside and be transported back in time as you admire the vintage decor and unique objects that fill the space. Its decor has a little French influence and is very interesting, full of antiques, curios and memorabilia but has a homely, snug and intimate atmosphere. The kitchen, dining and living area are open plan which creates a warm relaxed feeling for family and friends. The cottage boasts a private garden and patio, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. Located on the edge of the wonderful Dalby Forest, in fact from the front door one is looking at the forest, its location offers an abundance of activities whilst still being secluded. The view looks over a valley which is only accesible from your cottage. All this space is for guests to explore. Whether you want to spend your days exploring the countryside or simply soaking up the peaceful atmosphere, this is the ultimate holiday destination. Restored without altering the original footprint of the building, your space feels welcoming and homely - in fact it is so agreeably comfortable, we have had several marriage proposals (they all said yes!) and even a few requests for the marriage itself. The decor has a modern feeling with a vintage influence. Acres and acres upon acres to explore or just roam. Parking at the rear. We have a few distinctive Glamping wagons here on the farm on a seperate area, should you have a larger posse or group.
