In 400 acres of parkland, Alton Water and its Water Sports Centre offer unrivalled activities with extensive cycle paths, walks, sailing, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and fishing along with local pubs. The house has generous living space, five double bedrooms, large garden and a two acre wild meadow making it ideal for friends and family of all ages to gather in privacy and explore the delights of The Shotley Peninsula and its myriad of activities including the sea nearby.
