Make this 3 bedroomed house your base! Perfect for contractors, people visiting for university or for those who want to explore Swansea. Not far from the city centre, you’ll have access to public transport routes and local shops and takeaways. Different from a hotel you will benefit from your own living space, cooking facilities and a private entrance. Live like you do at home! This is not luxury accommodation. Our properties are designed for people working and studying in the area, but that doesn't mean you won’t like them too! Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay. If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
