Beautiful house furnished with everything you might need. Very clean and well kept. Nice touches such as a cute fairy garden in the back garden. Great location within Christchurch with immediate access to walks across St. Catherine’s Hill.

A beautiful old railway cottage, set in secluded woodland, yet with easy access to Christchurch and Bournemouth. Fern Cottage is a unique property situated in the heart of St Catherine's Hill Nature Reserve, a stunning area of heathland and forest, offering opportunities for walking, cycling and nature spotting. A lovely old railway cottage, which dates back to 1925, is full of character and period features. The living room has a beautiful log burner, which also heats the adjoining entrance hall, and ample comfortable seating. A 42 inch wall-mounted television and patio doors that lead to the garden. A large country kitchen including a round table seating six and separate outside access door. Downstairs bathroom (shower over bath, sink and toilet). Stairs to three bedrooms all with lovely views over the adjoining fields and all with wall mounted flat screen televisions. Master bedroom (kingsize double) has access to a balcony area with seating for two and lovely countryside views. Two further double bedrooms. Family bathroom including feature roll-top bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

It is also the south-western gateway to the New Forest National Park. Whether it’s strolling the Christchurch Coastal Path between Highcliffe and Mudeford Quay, exploring the wild beauty and magnificent views at Hengistbury Head or spending a day with the kids at Adventure Wonderland, there really is something for everyone here! For the gastronomists the annual Christchurch Food and Wine Festival is a hugely popular fixture, and the many restaurants and bars offer culinary delights throughout the year. Whether it’s fresh seafood on Mudeford Quay, or fine dining in the shadow of Christchurch’s stunning Priory, there is something to suit every taste.
