Entering the cottage you immediately had a good feeling, well maintained, clean & welcoming. Lovely welcoming basket of goodies which was very much appreciated, thank you. Quality furnishings,fittings & bed linen. Full basket of logs for wood burner which we only used once. Great to see there was a wide range of cleaning products…home from home. Bathroom is downstairs. Location was fabulous as we were cycling/walking and there are numerous routes + bike storage. Good outdoor space to the rear, small patio area with table & chairs but 4 steps up you have a decent sized garden. The local pub is a mere 30 steps…. great atmosphere, good food, friendly staff, BUT you do have to book a couple of days in advance (we visited early July)
