Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 2 large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed and one single bed. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds and a small sofa bed in the living room, I deal for 1 or VERY cosy 2! There is 1 bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bathtub with a shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: Identification Requirement: We require a valid form of identification (Passport or UK driver's license) for each guest over 18 years old, staying at the property. If the guest making the booking will not be staying, we also need their identification. Any breach of this policy will result in the stay being cancelled, and guests evicted without refund. Should circumstances change and you need to make adjustments to your booking kindly contact us we are always willing to help as best we can. A damage deposit of 100 will be requested before check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 72hours of check-out, following a cleaning and house check. Please note that this is a separate payment from your booking, and it is designed to cover any potential damages during your stay. No Parties & Events: Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and other guests in the area by refraining from hosting parties or gatherings on the property.
