Half Island House is a delightful, Semi - detached cottage resting in Lowgill near Sedbergh, Cumbria. Hosting three bedrooms, including a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size and single bedroom, along with a bathroom and cloakroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a kitchen, living/dining room with woodburning stove and a snug with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking and a rear garden with a river flowing through. Half Island House makes a splendid escape to the countryside. Please note, the property accepts a minimum of 3 nights stay Please note that this property only accepts check-in's on Sundays and has a 7 day stay as a minimum requirement.

Nestled at the foot of the Howgil Fells, is the market town of Sedbergh, which rests inside the Yorkshire Dales National Park and close to the Lake District National Park. The ancient town is home to shops, pubs, narrow streets and a famous school, dating to 1525. Nearby is Dentdale, offering unspoilt countryside and stone walls, which stretches' 14 miles. In the heart of the of the dale is Dent, renowned for its Settle-Carlisle railway line and cobbled streets.
