Such a lovely, quiet, rural location. Very peaceful even the geese kept fairly quiet ;) The cottage was so lovely and quaint, we loved the open fire. We had everything and more facility wise in the cottage. Suited our needs perfectly and would definitely recommend and visit again :)

Electric storage heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. One dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking. No smoking.. A haven for wildlife and lying within a 10 acre Site of Special Scientific Interest, this detached, timber framed holiday cottage pre-dates 1650AD. Completely restored, tastefully furnished and decorated with beamed interior it enjoys its own quiet, secluded garden with furniture, views of a pretty dingle with rare plants and flowers and an ancient pack-horse bridge near the brook. There is parking for 3 cars and a BBQ. The market town of Leominster is 4 miles away with shops, swimming pool and leisure centre, Ludlow is a 15 mile drive. There is a pub in Stoke Prior and golf course with restaurant 1&frac12; miles away in Ford Bridge and a shop and garage in nearby Bodenham (1&frac12; miles). The cottage is convenient for touring the Welsh borders, the Wye Valley, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and the surrounding area. Shop, pub and restaurant 1&frac12; miles. Free WiFi
