Situated in the historic market town of Grantham, George Street offers a modern two-bedroom terraced house, comfortable in styling and ideal for short or longer stays for up to four guests, contractors welcome. Whether visiting for business or pleasure, this property is located on a quiet residential street within easy reach of the town centre. Home to an array of independent boutiques as well as popular high street stores, with an excellent selection of restaurants, cafes and trendy bars. Upon entering the house, guests are greeted by a cosy living room complete with sofas, Wi-Fi, and smart TV. Leading on to the back of the house, a fully fitted kitchen with all modern amenities needed to cook up a storm during your stay. On the lower basement floor, guests have use of a spacious utility area with washing machine and ample storage space for luggage. Plus, one bathroom, with shower over bath, basin, and WC. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms each furnished with twin zip-link beds (which can be made into doubles on request) and smart TVs. Guests can explore the wealth of amenities on the doorstep, including the iconic Belton House, Newark Air Museum and Belvoir Castle.

George Street is a quiet terraced lined road, very close to the town centre. Walk out five minutes and get to restaurants, cafes and shops or walk two minutes the other direction and take a leisurely stroll down the River Witham.
