Spacious. We were four ladies returning to our uni city. The house is great in terms of being able to sit together and it is good value. Well located for town and the shopping car parks just slightly dubious area and unfinished development.

Ash Tree House is a very modern, and luxurious home with everything required to ensure you enjoy your stay Close to Leeds City Centre, you will never be short of options for things to do, ranging from an abundance of fantastic restaurants and bars, to shopping, visiting museums or going to events. Beautifully designed, Luxurious 4 bedroom house with 3.5 Bathrooms. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this property is located just off the A64 in a quiet residential area, 3 miles from Leeds City Centre and within easy access to all major road networks such as A1/M1and M62 Private parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway This large, new build property (completed in November 2022) has all the modern amenities required to ensure you enjoy a home from home. The main features are: * Fantastic and spacious communal living areas with 55" Smart TV - NETFLIX included * Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle - Yorkshire Tea, Coffee and Sugar is provided * Large Garden and patio area * 40" Smart TVs provided in each bedroom with Freeview channels installed * 3 Luxury bathrooms (2 of which are ensuite) and a downstairs toilet * Total of 7 beds (4 doubles and 3 singles) plus a sofa bed ensures this property is well equipped to cater for larger groups
