The Willows is a very modern, and luxurious house with everything required to ensure you enjoy a home from home. Close to Leeds City Centre, you will never be short of options for things to do, ranging from an abundance of fantastic restaurants and bars, to shopping, visiting museums or going to events. Should anyone like recommendations for things to do, we are always happy to help

Beautifully designed, Luxurious 4 bedroom house with 3.5 Bathrooms. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this property is located just off the A64 in a quiet residential area, 3 miles of Leeds City Centre and within easy access to all major road networks such as A1/M1and M62 Private parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway This large, new build property (completed in November 2022) has all the modern amenities required to ensure you enjoy a home from home. The main features are: * Fantastic and spacious communal living areas with 55" Smart TV - NETFLIX included * Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle - Yorkshire Tea, Coffee and Sugar is provided * Large Garden and patio area * 40" Smart TVs provided in each bedroom with Freeview channels installed * 3 Luxury bathrooms (2 of which are ensuite) and a downstairs toilet * Total of 7 beds (4 doubles and 3 singles) plus a sofa bed ensures this property is well equipped to cater for larger groups
