A beautiful recently refurbished home sleeping 4 with its own private rural hot tub, nestled in a peaceful Cornish valley just a few minutes walk from the surfing beach and village of Porthtowan. The local village amenities include the pub, beach bar, cafe, general store, surf shop and surf school, and coastal walks, and are close to Perranporth and St Agnes and situated between St Ives and Newquay. Pets are warmly welcomed. This comfortable pet-friendly holiday home has been thoughtfully designed and decorated in a secluded award-winning resort to provide the perfect retreat for families and friends. Ground Floor: -Open-plan living area -Front terrace with outdoor seating and surfboard storage First Floor: -Master Bedroom with kingsized bed with ensuite bathroom with a shower -This bedroom also provides access to a balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. -Second Bedroom with two twin beds and a family bathroom with a bathtub, offering a wonderful retreat after a long day at the beach. Outside Private Area -Private hot tub -Pet-friendly Please note the hot tub has an additional charge as it is cleaned out for each guest. If you would like access to the hot tub, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your stay and a link for the payment will be sent to you.

This beautiful property in a Cornish village is the perfect place to rest and recoup away from the hustle of larger cities. There is a small convenience store in the village (bottom of the hill turn left) which is open every day and sells all the essentials you may need along with newspapers, magazines and liquors. They also have a cash machine in the shop and a post office. If you fancy a wander, this house is only a 20-minute drive from Newquay and St. Ives Getting Around: By Car: Driving is the easiest way to explore. The A30 is nearby, offering access to major attractions. Free on-site parking is available. Public Transport: Bus: A short walk to the nearest stop with regular services to Redruth, St Agnes, and Truro. Train: Redruth Railway Station is a 15-minute drive, with connections across Cornwall and to London Paddington. Walking and Cycling: Ideal for scenic walks and bike rides.
