Property info

This is a gorgeous, traditional terraced home that has been entirely modernised inside to make it a lovely, comfortable, home from home and the perfect base for exploring the beautiful City of Chester. On entering the home you will find a lovely living, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The original living room has been converted into a cosy double bedroom. Upstairs there is a delightful single bedroom, and a very large bedroom with zip lock bed that can be joined to make an extra large king size or split into two single bed. The bathroom is newly refitted and has a shower over the bathtub. Outside you will find a walled courtyard with outdoor bistro table and chairs. There is a security camera outside the property and a Minut device that monitors noise levels but not conversations.

Neighborhood info

This is such a perfect area to stay in! So much to see and do within 10 minutes of this house. Access to the beautiful River Dee is just around the corner, the famous Roman Amptheatre, the walls, the stunning cathedral, Tudor fronted shopping areas and the racecourse are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. In the opposite direction, award winning Chester zoo is less than 4 miles away. It could not be more perfectly positioned for a fabulous stay in Chester. Boring practicalities......there is on street parking (a blessing in Chester that has notoriously high parking charges!). The house is also situated between two major trunk roads to the city and you can be on the M53 in minutes. There is an Aldi and a Waitrose within 5 minutes walk, a very convenient location.
