Jake’s Cottage is a gorgeous barn conversion resting within an enclosed area of Ashtree Farm, Langrick, with a gated drive (secure keypad entry), 2 miles north of the countryside village of Langrick, and 6 miles NW of Boston, Lincolnshire.
The property sits around 2 miles north of the village of Langrick, in South Lincolnshire. There is a small independent shop at Langrick Bridge, The property is just 10 minutes from the market town of Boston, 10 minutes from Coningsby and Tattershall, with its historic Tattershall Castle. A little further out is the quaint village of Woodhall Spa. The historic city of Lincoln, Skegness & the Lincolnshire coast, and the Lincolnshire Wolds are approximately 40 minutes drive. RAF Coningsby, the BBMF and the Linconshire Aviation Heritage Centre are a few miles north of the property, with events and displays throughout the year. A little further on is RAF Waddington (the new home of the Red Arrows). The quirky Bubble Car Museum is on the doorstep and a short walk from the cottage. Cycling and walking are also available along the River Witham on the Water Rail Way, which is accessible at Langrick Bridge or Anton's Gowt. Secure parking for 2 cars.
