A 10 minute walk beside the River Ness, from Inverness City Centre, this high quality one bedroomed studio can accommodate 2 adults. There is a sofa bed which can accommodate a child where necessary. Part of the main 1890's Victorian House, Kinnoch Beag studio is a bright airy accommodation ideally located within walking distance from bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre and sports facilities. A perfect base for travelling around the Highlands.

Quiet residential area close to Ness River and Inverness city centre. Easy access to main roads for travelling. There is a small supermarket a 3 minute walk from the property selling fresh bakery items and coffees as well fresh fruit and veg, milk, toiletries and general groceries. The shop is open from 6am - 10pm with a 7am opening time on a Sunday. There is free parking at the property. It’s a 10 minute walk into city centre. The bus and train station is a 5 minute taxi ride away or a 20 minute slow walk. The airport is 20 minutes by car.
