Prices are based upon 2 adults, sharing one bedroom, with a maximum of two children, in the main apartment which offers a generous living and dining area with a well appointed kitchen, a generously sized bedroom, en-suite bath and walk-in shower, together with a large sofa-bed located in the living room. The second bedroom, with its own en-suite facilities, is located in an adjacent summerhouse, and is only available when more than two guests wish to stay at the property. If two adults wish to use both bedrooms then please select 3 people for the correct rate The quirky comfortable summerhouse is well appointed and has a large double bed, small kitchenette, (no cooking facilities), with shower and w/c., WiFi and smart TV with access to film channels. A unique experience and a chance to sleep close to nature. Guests have the exclusive use of a large patio area, with outside table and chairs to relax and admire the views. The hot tub, which is available for the use of guests, is not supervised and guests must take full responsibility for its use and ensure supervision of children at all times. Children under 5 are not permitted in the hot tub. Hellidon village is a conservation area which has stayed virtually untouched over the years. Any new building has been minimal and sympathetically carried out to ensure that the unique character of this village has remained. Within a mile, Northamptonshire borders with both Oxforshire and Warwickshire. Lovely villages abound in the area with country houses, like Althorpe, and events, like Silverstone, with friendly and comfortable pubs, several of them canalside, abounding. The historic towns of Warwick, Leaminton Spa, Stratford upon Avon are within easy reach. There is plenty to do - or you can just relax in the fully appointed apartment.
