Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located pied-a-terre in the heart of Kemptown. This little ‘micro flat’ has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, just 3 mins walk from the seafront in the bohemian quarter of Brighton. Comfortable bed, en suite shower, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, a Smart tv, a table to sit at and work/dine. There is outside space to the front of the flat (facing the street side), with a patio table and chairs.
I love staying in Airbnbs when I travel as I prefer the convenience of self-catering and the feeling of being independent. I’m probably like you when it comes to what I really need from an airbnb - clean, centrally located, well-equipped accommodation, super fast Wifi, Smart TV so I can watch Netflix, modern decor, great shower with strong water pressure, a comfortable bed... well, these are my ‘must haves’ and I like to treat my guests to the same things. We will be on hand to assist throughout your stay, and contactable via mobile for any queries or assistance.
Kemptown is the bohemian part of Brighton and the village area in particular has a special vibe. Here you will find lots of great little shops, cafes, a great bakery, pubs, restaurants, a post office, chemist, greengrocers, bookshop, hardware store, fish and chip shop, independent grocers as well as a Co-op, picture framers, card shop, upholsterers - you get the picture. All of this is just a couple of minutes from the seafront. You can walk into Brighton centre in 15 mins.
