Little Owl is a detached barn, located on the owner's smallholding, on the outskirts of Market Rasen. It boasts two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite wet room and a twin with en-suite wet room, sleeping four altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, bike storage and a private, enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Little Owl offers a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire. PLEASE NOTE: This property is currently undergoing renovation and this is expected to be completed at the end of April 2024. New photographs will follow when the work is completed, but there may be some decor differences from the photographs currently on the listing if your booking is for after this date.

Market Rasen surrounded by open countryside and woodland, on the western edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This market town holds much appeal for cyclists, walkers and wildlife lovers, with many quiet trails and country lanes to explore.
